I'm Jacquie

Before now, I was frustrated with my body and yearning to experience more from my life. I was dealing with the same recurring pain and issues and felt like I had tried everything under the sun to solve my problems. It wasn't until I learnt that posture isn't how you stand but how you MOVE that I started to see change. Then, when I started to unstick my body and create tension free alignment, everything was different. Now it's my mission to teach others how to unlock their true movement capacity so they can step into their true alignment.
