Our postural analysis is a thorough breakdown of your entire body. This shows where your weaknesses are, where you need more flexibility and where we need to put your posture back into functional alignment.

1:1 COACHING SESSIONS

Everyone needs an accountability partner. I'll lead you through weekly Zoom sessions for 12 weeks to build your alignment together.

I'm a dancer, actor, and movement specialist.

After years of pushing my body through pain and injuries that eventually resulted in surgeries, I wanted to find an answer to our bodies issues. 

I have been working with clients for years now to open up their locked joints and find functional alignment.
